Yes. Our property inspection service is completely free. However, we recommend booking your inspection at least 24–48 hours in advance to allow for proper scheduling and coordination.

Can I book an inspection from abroad?

Absolutely. Whether you’re in the UK, US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, or anywhere else in the world, you can easily book an inspection with us. We prioritize all confirmed bookings.

Do you conduct inspections on weekends?

Yes, we offer property inspections on weekends. To ensure availability, please schedule your inspection ahead of time.

Can someone attend the inspection on my behalf?

Yes. If you’re unable to attend, a trusted relative, friend, partner, or representative can attend the inspection on your behalf.

How long does a virtual property tour take?

There is no fixed duration for virtual tours. The length of the tour depends on factors such as the property’s size, location, travel time between sites, and the level of detail you would like us to cover during the inspection.

Will I receive a video or report after the inspection?

Yes. Upon request, we can provide videos, photographs, and detailed observations from the inspection to help you make an informed buying decision.
